In-Person Personal Training: Our in-person personal training sessions are one-on-one sessions with our certified exercise physiologist and registered dietitian, Sandra. She will work with you to develop a customized fitness program that is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Sandra will guide and motivate you through each session, ensuring that you are working out safely and effectively.

Our custom virtual personal training program is a self-guided plan, delivering you customized fitness solutions your way! From the comfort of your own home, to the gym of your choice- you can take us anywhere and do your workout at any time without losing accountability. Our trainers will provide you with a customized fitness program (+ an optional nutrition program) that is tailored to your goals and fitness level. We will guide and motivate you through each session, ensuring that you are working out safely and effectively.
