1. Order and activate

After your purchase is complete, everything you need for your at-home test is delivered to your door. 

2. Collect samples and send

Referencing the directions included in your test kit, complete your sample collection from the comfort of your home. Use the prepaid shipper to mail your samples directly to the laboratory.

3. Receive Results 

Once your sample is received at our lab, the turnaround for the DUTCH Complete and DUTCH Plus is about 7-10 business days and the DUTCH Cycle Mapping is between 10-15 business days. Once the results are ready, they are released Dietitian Sandra through our secure online portal. Should you opt out of a session with Dietitian Sandra, you will receive the results via a secure email.

4. Schedule with Dietitian Sandra

Schedule a session with Dietitian Sandra for an in-depth analysis of your test results, including personalized diet, exercise and lifestyle advice based upon your results. 

Test kit will be shipped directly to your house. Double check your address is correct before confirming purchase :)
